The project's geometry draws inspiration from the local context, referencing the faceting of key Scarborough buildings; a proposition that enables all apartments northern orientation taking advantage of the pristine views, sunlight and a rich diversity of environments. Cladding treatments are robust, capturing the patina of limestone and the contrasts of the reef, an interplay of reflections, light and shadow; a building with a clear identity.
The podium level forms a strong base and landscaped connection to the street, with resident entry into a dramatic and cavernous double volume hosting the gymnasium, communal lounge and art. Residences cantilever over the podium, providing a variety of apartments that are open plan, flexible and comfortable, homes enjoying high levels of amenity.
