Coast Residents are able to select from two colour schemes for their apartments: Sunrise and Sunset. The inspiration behind these design themes came from the enviable coastal location. ‘Sunrise’ is bright and light; while ‘Sunset’ offers darker, more luxurious tones.

The corner apartments offer wraparound views from southeast to southwest. There is an option to customise appliances, fittings, and fixtures (for a limited time only). The floor-to-ceiling windows with concealed curtain pelmets open onto generous balconies, allowing for a unique vista from every apartment. The cantilevered balconies are a luxurious addition that will make Coast Residences stand out from the crowd for decades to come.
